1. Years of experience developing and deploying IVR and IVVR platforms on small and enterprise levels.
2. In-depth experience and low-level development and research of VoIP (H323/SIP), MRCP (v1/v2), RPT protocols, and speech recognition vendors and its tools/engines from IBM, Nuance, and Loquendo
3. In-depth experience and understanding of voice and video applications based on open source VXML, CCXML, SCXML, and SMIL (video) XML based languages.
4. In-depth experience and understanding of acoustical model environment
5. Years of experience in voice interface design, development and analysis
6. Experience in voice and video applications including data mining, analysis, surveys
7. Analysis and tuning (using best practices) of existing applications and environments
